1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to the use of all services on the 777ph platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the 777ph operating company and the user.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service on 777ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

777ph reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will always note the date of the update and will endeavour to notify users by email.

2 Account & Registration

To register with 777ph, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Using or sharing another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Corporate or business accounts are not permitted — personal accounts only.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

777ph supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the platform and are subject to change.

Deposits are usually credited instantly. In some cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes due to bank or mobile banking delays. If you experience any issues, please contact support with a screenshot of your transaction.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from bonuses.

• Minimum deposit: 500 BDT (may vary by payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Additional documentation may be requested to verify suspicious transactions.
• If a fraudulent transaction is detected, the payment will be voided and the account suspended.

4 Betting Rules

Bets at 777ph are accepted at the odds displayed online at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 777ph decides otherwise under special circumstances. Odds may change at any time — the odds shown at the moment of confirmation are final.

Odds in live betting change in real time. 777ph is not liable for any losses resulting from connection drops or technical issues on the platform. However, if a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a server error, 777ph reserves the right to correct it.

• Bets must be placed before the match begins (for pre-match betting).
• If a match is abandoned, your stake will be refunded.
• If a match is rescheduled, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours.
• Placing bets to exploit technical errors or glitches is strictly prohibited.
• If one event in a parlay bet is cancelled, that selection is removed and the remaining legs of the bet stay active.
• Maximum payout limits are set by 777ph and are subject to change.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777ph offers a range of bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, and more. Each bonus has its own terms that must be read before claiming.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from bonuses only become withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements are typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount, as specified on the relevant promotion page.

• Each user may participate in a promotion only once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any remaining balance will be forfeited once the period expires.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as arbitrage betting — the bonus will be forfeited.
• 777ph reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Your account must be fully verified in order to receive bonuses.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ph platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Attempting to hack, DDoS, or carry out any other form of cyber attack against the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

777ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice. This action is typically taken in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or legal reasons.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance, unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• You have the right to appeal an account suspension — please contact our support team.
• While self-exclusion is active, requests to reopen an account will not be accepted before the designated period has ended.
• Data from permanently closed accounts is retained as required for legal purposes.

8 Limitation of Liability

777ph provides its services on an "as is" basis. 777ph is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.

777ph's liability is limited to the amount of your losing bets and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. That said, 777ph will always make a fair effort to resolve any losses caused by technical issues.

9 Responsible Gaming

777ph believes betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all our users to bet responsibly and within their limits.

777ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated at any time from your account settings.

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum limit on your deposits.
